First, be careful to set up Word and Excel 2007 to save the file in 2003 otherwise you may send or create documents that 2003 never open unless you install the FileFormatConverters.exe, tools released by Microsoft on purpose and can be downloaded from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941b3470-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en . But then I noticed that after creating a document in Word 2007 and saved as 2003, however, I had trouble loading in Monster (site recruiting staff) who do not accept: I docuto then reopen and resave in Word 2003.
