insert the DVD into your PC and turn when you see the countdown, press f8 and type-v (verbose mode)
Eventually you will find snow on the main screen you select your language and dates ok, the next screen in the top right go to disk utility and created or formatted your GUID partition is in MBR is fine.
After that choose the partition where to install and click Customize:

Robocopy is a "dos" created for Windows Server 2003 included in a software package called Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools can be downloaded for free from Microsoft at this indirizzo oppure se lo volete singolarmente scaricatelo da qui . Il programma permette di eseguire copia di file e cartelle offrendo una vasta serie di opzioni che possono essere consulatate digitando "robocopy /???". Funziona da riga di comando aprendo una finestra del command (start/esegui/cmd + INVIO), perchè windows riconosca il comando robocopy dalla finestra del command l'eseguibile va copiato in una directory di sistema (es: c:\windows\system32). A volte comunque può risultare scomodo e lungo digitare a mano tutto il comando e le opzioni e può tornare utile un programma, creato da me, che tramite interfaccia grafica prepara il file .bat già pronto che basta eseguire lanciandolo.
