The problem is caused by the antivirus AVG 8 detects a user32.dll virus e lo rimuove. Per risolvere il problema avete diverse soluzioni:
1) Avviare il pc con un cd di windows xp, scegliere r alla fine del caricamento dei file, per iniziare il ripristino con la consolle di ripristino di emergenza. Al prompt dei comandi digitare: expand user32.dll c:\windows \system32. Riavviare il pc.
2) Creare un cd avviabile con BartPE (http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/#download). Avviare il pc con BartPE e dal menu go scegliere il programma di esplora risorse A43 File Management Utility. Andare nella directopry i386/windows/system32 del cd, copiare il file user32.dll e incollarlo in c:\windows\system32
